Shallow fried fish with chive sauce



I don’t think this photo does it justice because I literally took it as everyone had finished their meals, but this recipe - especially the sauce - is soooo easy and good.

Dip white fish in flour, salt and pepper and shallow fry until firm / lightly crispy


Make the sauce:

Sauce:

White wine 
Fish stock
Cream - equal amounts of all three
Add to taste:
Dill
Chives - a good amount
Salt
Pepper

Serve with rice or boiled potatoes
